Thanks for putting all this great information together in a simple format, I will certainly pass this on and share this with as many as I can. There are so many things we can do to protect ourselves, get lots of rest, eat plenty of dark colorful veggies. Vitamin D has been well documented to be useful in strengthing the immune system, work up a good sweat three to four times a week, drink pleny of fluids, it is important to remove toxins from the vital organs. We don’t have to give in to the fear.
